1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or access any portion of SDLust. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your password secure and not share your account with others. Notify us immediately at support@sdlust.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Content standards

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant SDLust a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform. You agree not to post: content involving minors in any sexual context; non-consensual intimate imagery; content that constitutes harassment, hate speech, or illegal material; or spam.

4. NSFW content

Explicit content is permitted only after age verification. All explicit content must be tagged NSFW. Content appearing to involve minors in any sexual context will be removed and reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Clique voting

Clique membership votes are anonymous to other members but may be reviewed by site administrators in cases of abuse.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer

SDLust is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
