You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or access any portion of SDLust. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your password secure and not share your account with others. Notify us immediately at support@sdlust.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant SDLust a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform. You agree not to post:

• Content involving minors in any sexual context
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal material
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content

Violations may result in immediate permanent removal without refund.

Explicit content is permitted only after age verification and must always be tagged NSFW. Content appearing to involve minors in any sexual context will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities — no exceptions, no warnings.

Clique membership votes are anonymous to other members but may be reviewed by site administrators in cases of suspected abuse. Coordinated vote manipulation or bad-faith use of removal votes is a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Deletion soft-removes your account and strips your profile from public view.

SDLust is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for interactions between members — this platform facilitates connections; it does not broker them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
