RSVPs & Events
How do I RSVP to an event? +
Open any event page and click RSVP. If the event has open spots you'll be confirmed immediately. If it has a waitlist you'll be queued and notified if a spot opens.
Can I cancel my RSVP? +
Yes — visit the event page and choose Cancel RSVP. Your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
What is the waitlist? +
When an event is at capacity you can join the waitlist. You'll move up automatically as spots open, and you'll receive a notification when you're confirmed.
The event says "Approval required" — what does that mean? +
The host reviews RSVPs manually. You'll be notified when your RSVP is approved or declined.
Check-in & Door
Who can check me in at an event? +
The event host, any venue staff at the hosting venue, and any Door volunteer assigned to the event can check you in.
My name isn't on the list — can I still get in? +
The door manager can add walk-in guests from the door management page. Ask the host or door volunteer to add you.
What does "checked out" mean? +
When you leave an event, door staff may check you out. This helps hosts track current occupancy.
STI Records
What STI information is shared with other members? +
Only your last tested date and status label are shown on your profile — never the specific test details. You control exactly what appears.
Who can see my STI panel entries? +
Only you can see the full panel. Other members only see what you choose to display on your profile.
Can I receive an anonymous STI notification? +
Yes. If a partner has tested positive and wants to notify you without revealing their identity, they can send an anonymous alert through the STI Alerts system.
Connections & Privacy
How do connections work? +
Send a connection request from any member's profile. Once accepted you can exchange messages and see more profile details.
Can I block someone? +
Yes — from their profile page choose Block. They won't be able to view your profile or message you.
How do I report a user or content? +
Use the Report button on any profile, event, or photo. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports.
How do I delete my account? +
Go to Settings → Delete Account. Your data is anonymised within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
Venue Memberships
What is a venue membership? +
Some venues offer paid or free memberships that unlock perks like priority RSVP, discounts at The Emporium, and access to members-only events.
How do I get a venue membership? +
Visit the venue's profile page and look for a Join or Apply button. The venue controls membership requirements.
Account & Settings
How do I change my username or display name? +
Go to Edit Profile. Note that username changes may affect how other members find you.
How do I export my data? +
Go to Settings → Export My Data. You'll receive a downloadable archive of your account data.
The site says my email isn't verified — what do I do? +
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email. You can request a new one from the resend page.
